Testimony of Complete Healing from Osteoarthritis
This testimony is provided by Caro, who kindly allowed us to share it with all of you for the benefit of many.
“Hi Gaston, I’m happy to share my testimony with you:”
Seven years ago, I began experiencing severe hip pain, right at the level of the groin, especially when stepping backward. I would end up limping. I consulted traumatologists, and not only did they make me quit CrossFit, but after evaluating my X-rays and MRI they told me I had early-stage osteoarthritis, and that my only solution would eventually be a hip replacement once the pain became unbearable — since at that time I was 37 years old and still very young.
For seven years I had alternating periods of pain that would ease or calm down with diclofenac or dexketoprofen (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs). In September 2025 I had my first consultation with Gaston. I already went to that appointment with a slight idea of what the DHS might have been, since I had started exploring NMG in May 2025, and thanks to Gaston I was able to confirm the DHS and the repair phase I was in.
Following his guidance, I began a minimum one-and-a-half-month period of rest, barely moving except by car and avoiding stairs and long walks.
I did not take any anti-inflammatory medication, even though I used to take dexketoprofen every month due to very strong menstrual pain (I endured a lot of menstrual pain but took nothing). I also bought a cane that helped me a lot — not only symbolically as support, but also physically to assist with walking.
And most importantly, I was so committed to my repair phase that I didn’t care if people saw me walking with a cane. During this time I experienced the epicrisis, with strong momentary stabbing pains. After about a month and a week, I slowly began walking a few meters, and today, two months after beginning this repair process, I can say I have returned to the normal movement of my body.
As a reflection, I gave the process the time it needed to work as it should. The pain was a sign that I had to stop moving in order to repair, and until now I had never respected that phase. Another thing that surprised me is that my shoe size increased — I had always worn size 37–37.5, and now I’m a 38. I believe this growth is part of taking stronger and firmer steps in my life now that I resolved the conflict.
Thank you, blessed body, for being so wise and intelligent. I ask forgiveness for not giving you the time you needed to carry out your wonderful repair. Thank you Gaston and Sonia for spreading this discipline with so much love and for SAVING LIVES. Now I know that thanks to the repair of my hip, I am stronger and can move forward in my life without fear, knowing I can take firm steps and that I have the support I need.
I hope this testimony helps many people. YOU CAN ALWAYS HEAL WHEN YOU TRUST THE PROCESS — YOU MUST LET THE PERFECT AND SYNCHRONIZED MACHINE THAT IS THE BODY ACT NATURALLY AS THE MASTERPIECE IT IS.
A big hug, I hope I didn’t go on too long.
Carolina
