🔬 What is a biological conflict?

A biological conflict (also called a biological shock) is a situation experienced with a strong emotional impact or high drama, in an unexpected, isolated way, and without an immediate solution. This kind of event triggers an emergency biological program in the body to help adapt or survive the situation, which we commonly call “illness.”

🧪 Active Phase: The Start of the Thyroid Process (HYPERTHYROIDISM)

During the active phase of the conflict in the thyroid gland, the person feels they need to act faster, as if time is running out. The body responds by increasing T4 (thyroxine) production, which speeds up the entire metabolism.

  • ⬆️ T4 increases
  • ⬇️ TSH drops
  • ⚡️ A beneficial nodule forms in the thyroid that secretes more hormone

This nodule has a clear biological purpose: to help the person “catch” or “escape from” the symbolic situation more quickly.

♨️ Examples of conflicts that can activate the thyroid (Hyperthyroidism):

  • ⏱️ “I won’t make it on time,” “I don’t have enough time”
  • 🌀 “I need to finish something urgent and I can’t”
  • ⏳ “I had to solve this now and failed”
  • 🧹 “I missed an opportunity I needed to catch”
  • 🚨 “I felt I had to act fast and couldn’t”

When this over-stress is lived with high emotional charge, the body accelerates. If the conflict is very intense and prolonged, the person may experience nervousness, insomnia, and other signs of hyperactivation.

🧸 And What About Hypothyroidism?

When the conflict is resolved, the body enters the repair phase (vagotonic phase). Here, the opposite occurs: the metabolism slows down while the body heals the tissue that was active before.

  • ⬇️ Energy drops
  • ❄️ Feeling cold
  • 🛌 Fatigue
  • 💢 Fluid retention

If the active phase was intense or prolonged, the gland may suffer partial atrophy, leading to longer-lasting or even permanent hypothyroidism.

🔍 False Hypothyroidism: When It’s Not the Gland

Hypothyroidism is often diagnosed without an actual problem in the gland, but rather due to obstruction in the thyroid ducts.

This false hypothyroidism appears as a mechanical blockage after resolving a conflict of frontal fear or loss of control (which generates anxiety during the active phase). This triggers an inflammatory process that temporarily reduces thyroid function, but not due to gland destruction.

It is reversible over time if the conflict and the “rails” (memories or triggers) are resolved.

📌 Hashimoto and Conventional Diagnostic Errors

Classical medicine labels these cases as autoimmune (e.g., Hashimoto) without understanding that in reality, there is no attack by the body on itself, but rather active or healing biological processes.

❌ The removal of the thyroid in most cases has been unnecessary since the conflict was in the thyroid ducts, not the gland itself.

With a proper anamnesis, it may even be possible to reduce or stop medication (levothyroxine), as long as the gland is not permanently destroyed. (Consultations here)

🧠 What if You Have Nodules or Cysts but No Hypo or Hyperthyroidism?

This usually indicates a repair process in the thyroid ducts, without full blockage. In the active phase, ducts ulcerate, and during repair, connective tissue fills them (cysts appear).

👩‍⚕️ Doctors often believe this causes difficulty swallowing, but swallowing involves muscles, not the gland. Difficulty swallowing usually corresponds to:

  • 🧊 Active phase in laryngeal mucosa: paralyzing fear or territorial shock
  • ↺ Repair phase in the upper 2/3 of the esophagus: “I can’t accept this situation”

🧬 Is Hypothyroidism Hereditary?

No. What is inherited is not the disease, but unresolved family conflicts, beliefs, and cultural conditioning.

📚 If multiple generations have lived similar conflicts (e.g., pressure, high expectations, feeling inadequate), it’s likely the same biological programs will activate.

👉 It’s not genetic. It’s repeated and conditioned.

🧹 Pituitary Hypothyroidism: A Deeper Layer

When hypothyroidism appears with TSH at zero, there may be previous conflicts such as:

  • ⚡ “I wasn’t fast enough to catch something” (thyroid gland)
  • 🔽 “I wasn’t up to the challenge in a fast-paced situation” (adenohypophysis)
  • ⛔ “I want to stop, I’m not ready for this race” (LH, luteinizing hormone)

This type of hypothyroidism reflects an unconscious decision to stop living under pressure and speed.
