🟡 High Bilirubin: What Biological Conflict Is Behind It?
Elevated bilirubin levels in the blood may indicate different phases of a biological program in progress. From the perspective of the Biological Laws, this alteration is not a mistake by the body, but the effect of one or more biological programs linked to specific biological conflicts.
🔍 What is bilirubin?
Bilirubin is a waste substance produced during the natural breakdown of red blood cells. It is processed by the liver and excreted through the bile. When this process is disrupted and the common bile duct (choledochus) becomes obstructed, bilirubin can build up in the blood, leading to jaundice (yellowish skin and eyes).
🧪 What is the function of bilirubin?
Bilirubin is a waste product, but it plays a specific and necessary biological role in the elimination of aged red blood cells.
🔬 How is it formed?
- Each time the body recycles old red blood cells, a protein called hemoglobin is released.
- Hemoglobin breaks down into two parts: iron (which is reused) and bilirubin, which must be eliminated.
- The unconjugated bilirubin (indirect) travels to the liver, where it is processed.
- There, it becomes conjugated bilirubin (direct), and is excreted through the bile into the intestines.
🔺 What conflicts can cause high bilirubin levels?
There are two major biological situations that can explain this alteration:
1️⃣ Active phase of a liver tumor (hepatic adenocarcinoma compressing the bile duct)
During the active phase of a biological conflict involving the liver—typically related to a fear of starvation, lack of vital resources, a loved one, food, money, or a strong belief and worry about the liver due to a diagnosis—cell growth may occur to enhance liver function.
➡️ If this growth mechanically compresses the main bile duct, it can obstruct bile flow, causing bilirubin to accumulate in the blood and resulting in the yellow appearance known as jaundice.
2️⃣ Hepatitis – Repair phase of the bile ducts (Pcl-A)
When a biological conflict affecting the bile ducts—often related to anger or frustration in one’s territory—has been resolved, the body enters a phase of inflammation and tissue repair.
➡️ In this Pcl-A phase, the choledochus (main bile duct) may swell and become temporarily blocked, impeding normal bile flow.
This leads to obstructive jaundice, caused by the accumulation of bile and bilirubin in the bloodstream.
🧠 In summary:
- Active phase → Cellular growth in the liver may compress the bile duct.
- Repair phase → Inflammation and obstruction of the bile duct may block bile flow.
- In both cases, the body is not failing, but rather executing a biological program of adaptation.
