❄️ Do you suffer from dandruff or hair loss (alopecia)? Here’s what no one told you
Dandruff is not just a cosmetic issue. It’s an active phase symptom of a biological conflict of separation from contact, experienced in a context of loss of protection.
During this phase, hair loss can also occur, as the hair follicle is interrupted.
🧢 Hair is not just decorative — it plays a protective role against cold, heat, impact, and exposure.
💥 The conflict behind dandruff
When this conflict is triggered, the brain interprets it as an abrupt separation from someone who represented a “shield” — a protective figure.
This could be someone who offered emotional support, guidance, safety, or companionship.
👥 Common examples that can trigger this conflict:
- The loss of a loved one (death, divorce, relocation).
- Separation from a reference figure such as a tutor, boss, mentor, friend, or coworker.
- Situations where we are still physically close to someone, but emotionally disconnected, no longer wanting contact.
⚠️ Important clarification:
This separation conflict does not refer to a physical place, but to the relational tissue with a person or group that represented protection.
🧬 When does dermatitis appear?
Once the conflict is resolved, dandruff disappears. In its place, dermatitis appears, as part of the healing phase.
During this process, you may experience:
- Inflammation, redness, itching
- Scalp sensitivity
- Pain at the hair root (a sign of active healing)
- A sense of relief, but also temporary hair loss
⏳ In the epicrisis (the peak of healing), there may be short-term memory loss or absence-like episodes — a kind of biological blackout to reduce suffering — also present in the active conflict phase.
👉 There is no dandruff during this stage.
Dandruff is exclusive to the active phase.
🧪 What about anti-dandruff shampoos?
The typical anti-dandruff shampoo is sympathicotonic — it artificially stimulates the nervous system.
It’s a cocktail of chemicals and antifungals that doesn’t resolve the conflict, but merely forces an external reaction.
That’s why dandruff keeps coming back as long as the conflict remains unresolved.
💧 Dry dandruff, oily dandruff, and other signs
- Dry dandruff (pityriasis simplex): Often seen as a mild form of seborrheic dermatitis.
It may come with itching and eczema.
👉 This already signals a healing phase, although relapses are common if the conflict is reactivated. - Oily dandruff / seborrheic dermatitis:
In this case, the sebaceous glands are also affected due to an additional real conflict of attack (a biological sequence of “scalp drought”). - Hair loss:
Happens in both the active phase and the epicrisis, and is a natural part of the healing process.
🌿 How to support healing naturally
If you’re already in the healing phase or want to support your process, here are some natural tools:
🫧 Horsetail rinse (Equisetum arvense):
Boil 40–60g in 1 liter of water, let sit, and use as a scalp rinse.
🌱 Tea tree essential oil:
Add a few drops to your shampoo 2–3 times a week.
👉 Helps balance the scalp without aggression.
⚠️ Don’t confuse dandruff with scabs:
Scabs appear in biological conflicts of attack, such as with scabies.
