Panic Attack and Anxiety (EP) Following Resolution of Conflicts of Frontal Fear, Loss of Territory, and Threat
Development of the Consultation
The consultant is a man who separated from his partner two years ago, with whom he has a young daughter. During their relationship, they had moved from Buenos Aires to San Luis, seeking a safer environment to raise their child. However, after the separation, the mother decided to return to Buenos Aires, which created a deep conflict for the father, who also chose to return in order to remain close to his beloved daughter.
Upon returning, he found himself renting a home in poor condition, without sufficient financial resources to repair it while also meeting the economic demands of his ex-partner, who constantly asked for support — a logical and understandable situation for a mother in the postpartum period. This scenario triggered in him a strong sense of powerlessness, loss, threat, and fear about the future. The conflicts centered primarily on frontal fear (feeling cornered and threatened), constant worry (for his daughter and financial instability), and loss of territory (from not being able to fulfill his role as father and provider — unable to offer his daughter a home with both a mother and father under a warm, safe roof).
These experiences generated a significant burden on his nervous system and biology. From an organic correlation standpoint, several biological emergency programs were activated during this time to help him cope with the unresolved situations:
- Frontal fear affected the branchial clefts (which complete alveolar breathing).
- The paralyzing fear or threat in the territory impacted the bronchial musculature, creating difficulty in exhalation and a sensation of chest tightness due to being overwhelmed, involving the diaphragm.
- The loss of territory was expressed through the coronary arteries, which explains the tachycardia he experienced during the epicrisis.
- All of these epicrises combined produced the sensation of “not being able to breathe.”
On Monday morning, the consultant experienced an acute episode of anxiety, tachycardia, and temporary respiratory difficulty — compatible with an epicrisis of the previously affected tissues. During the anamnesis, he shared that 24 hours prior to these symptoms, on Sunday, he had attended a family gathering with his new partner and her relatives. There, he observed that his daughter was completely integrated into this new family unit, which for him represented a profound internal resolution of the conflict — the fear of never forming a family again and everything that idea entailed in his mind.
This event of integration was experienced as deeply reparative: his biology interpreted that “the danger had passed.” From that moment, the body entered the healing phase, and on Monday, the intense symptoms of the epicrisis (vagotonic discharge phase) manifested, primarily affecting the bronchi and diaphragm.
Conclusion
The consultation clearly revealed the biological sequence of the symptoms: the episodes of anxiety and shortness of breath were not pathological in themselves, but rather the natural manifestation of a biological conflict resolution. The family integration that occurred on Sunday represented the closure of the conflicts of loss of territory, frontal fear, and threat, leading the following day to an epicrisis in the related organs.
At present, the consultant is at peace, with a clear understanding of the origin of his symptoms and of his emotional and biological “Achilles’ heels.” This awareness allows him to navigate the process calmly and avoid relapses in future similar situations.
Had he not known about German New Medicine (GNM) in time, he would likely be medicated today — minimally — and facing even more conflicts as a result of possible diagnoses and the fear of disease. Fortunately, thanks to Dr. Hamer, we now have a science — a biological mathematics — that allows us to recognize the premises of the equation and then understand its exact result.
Thank you for reading.
I hope this consultation reflection serves you in your own life.
